We have been very fortunate through support from our local area for this exciting Conference and are therefore able to invite you to the following with our compliments. Transport to and from event venues will be provided each evening. 

We would appreciate RSVP'S to Sonja by June latest, to enable us to confirm catering numbers and requirements.

 

Sunday 5th July

You are invited to a Welcome BBQ, sponsored by Denbighshire County Council, to be hosted at the Oriel House Hotel, St Asaph. Transport from OpTIC to venue leaves at 6pm returning at 10.30pm.

Monday 6th July

You are invited to our Con ference Dinner, sponsored by Bangor University, to be hosted at Ruthin Castle. Transport from OpTIC to venue leaves at 6pm returning at 10.30pm.

	Thick Vegetable Soup	Fruit Juice or Thick Vegetable Soup
	Welsh lamb roasted in herbs and spices	Golden Vegetable Casserole with Herb Dumpling
	Half a young chicken roasted in honey & oranges with mixed salad and a jacket potato	Root Vegetable & Cheese Pastie served with Homemade Chutney, Jacket Potato and Salad
